The hotel is close to the main square I found the vaporetto stops very accessible The bed was really comfortable The staff was nice and helpful I also found the hotel cat quite charming.

The air conditioning remote was not immediately available upon arrival I had to ask about it later.

the air conditioning unit was a portable machine it produced excessive noise resembling an airplane engine i found adjusting it impossible this disrupted sleep i believe a partial refund should have been considered due to this significant disturbance.

the location was very convenient, only a short walk from st mark's square. the room was clean, and the breakfast offered sufficient options to start the day (especially the pastries).

the room was quite small, i felt somewhat cramped (i stayed there for three nights). also, the water pressure in the shower was very low, it was difficult to have a proper shower.
